Fashion retailer N Brown Group said on Thursday that Dominic Appleton will join the company as chief financial officer designate on 1 March.

Appleton will succeed Rachel Izzard, who will work with chief executive Steve Johnson and the board to ensure an orderly handover.

Izzard is expected to leave the business following completion of the FY23 annual report and accounts by the end of May.
